Over the course of the last year, the Hilltop Campus Village has reached out to our neighborhood community to formulate the below plan. Something that has become apparent is that the HCV needs an updated plan. Over the next year the HCV will be pursuing, with stakeholders, the creation of a Master Plan for the neighborhood. This document is to serve to identify projects for the Hilltop, but also to provide a vision to pursue over the course of the next five to ten years. Please note that along with this Master Plan goal, we have identified the creation of a “Place Making Event” and advocating for the “Fountain to Fountain” plan to be implemented along Main St.
