St. Paul Make-It-Yours Neighborhood Litter Pickup | Spring cleaning has begun at home and now it's time to clean up the St. Paul neighborhood. Gather to pick up trash and debris in the blocks surrounding the campus. A two hour event from 10:00 a.m. to noon that will make a big difference in the St. Paul corner of the world. Monthly Hilltop Board Meeting. The Hilltop holds its board meetings monthly. Currently the board meetings are the 1st Thursday of the month at noon at 122. E. 15th St.
